HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

Generally, shipping times take 2 – 4 weeks.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?

Your satisfaction is our goal and we stand behind our products 100% so if you are not satisfied just let us know. Inspect your order upon delivery and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase in it’s an original, unused condition within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund, less shipping costs. Return Policy All products must:

1. Be received by Fitness Slug within 30 days of the original ship date to the customer.

2. Be in their original unused condition, with all tags, and in their original packaging. We do reserve the right to determine if a returned item is in its unused condition.

3. Be insured and returned via Fed Ex, UPS or Canada Post with a tracking number. You are responsible for the shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. We do not accept any COD items.

Please note: All sale, special and clearance items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. Fitness Slug is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipment of the product(s) you are returning. For your protection, you may wish to send your return by Regular Parcel Service (insured) and with signature confirmation. Please ensure you keep the receipt for postage and insurance.
